We worked with Omni Realty and Mike Kushner to relocate, design and build a new office space for our non-profit organization in order that we might be better able to do our work in the future.
Our relocation and working with Omni dramatically and significantly impacted our business because we were able to find the right space for the right cost. The right cost because we saved thousands of dollars, which is so important to our organization in these economic times. And also we found the right space. We increased our energy efficiency. The design promotes better staff collaboration and teamwork – and we were able to modernize our technology capabilities. What I liked best was that Mike really understood our business as well as understood the real estate market and could translate our business needs into the right space with a great landlord. We couldn’t be happier.
