Omni provides a “short list” of opportunities, budgets and detailed schedules for each selected alternative, and conducts negotiations with all landlords on the short list. In appropriate cases, Omni will seek public sector incentives. We then implement our client’s decision regarding the elected site and manage the project schedule by defining critical dates and providing progress and status reports through the point of completion.
